The CELTA course requires a commitment of 120 hours, which can be completed over 4, 5, or 10 weeks. These hours include:
- Interactive sessions
- One-on-one tutorials and consultations
- Supported lesson planning
- 6 hours of supervised teaching practice
- Peer observations
- 6 hours of live lesson observations led by experienced EFL professionals
Additionally, candidates should dedicate a minimum of 80 hours to activities such as reading, lesson planning, and completing assignments.

To apply for the CELTA course, candidates are required to complete an application form and a pre-interview task, which should be submitted to [info@reacoutacademy.com]. The interview will be conducted either in person or via Zoom, depending on availability and preference.
We recommend finalizing your registration by paying the full course fee at least four weeks before the course begins, particularly for summer sessions when demand is high.
- For cancellations made four weeks or more before the course start date, 20% of the total fee will be retained.
- Cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice will result in 50% of the total fee being retained.
- If cancellation occurs within the last ten days before the start date, the full fee will be retained. Under certain conditions, the fee may be transferable to another course.
If Reach Out GCC cancels the course, all fees will be refunded. Once the course has started, no refunds will be available. We advise securing insurance for unexpected circumstances.
Force Majeure
In cases of course delays or cancellations due to force majeure, Reach Out GCC will not be liable for a refund.
