Reach Out GCC reserves the right to change course fees or discontinue services without prior notice.
1-Requests submitted after the term starts shall not be accepted except in the following exceptional
circumstances. And in the event that they occur, the party requesting a refund must provide a document to verify it. Reach Out Academy GCC maintains the right to accept or reject refund requests at its discretion. In the event that a refund is not possible, there may be the option to postpone the booking to a different round:
▪ In the case of illness or accident that prevents the attendance of the course.
▪ Death of a first degree relative.
▪ In all cases, the submitted documents must be dated, stamped, and authentic.
2-Admin fees of 20% from the total will be deducted from any accepted refunds.
3-All refunds will be paid through bank transfer within 14 days from your refund request.
4-If you register in a package offer for more than one level and request a refund after completing one level while other levels remain, no refund will be offered.
5-If you register for a particular round of courses and don’t attend without proper cause (see list above), you will not be eligible for a refund or to be reassigned to a different round.
